| Contact Us / Customer Support | “Contact Us” page should display legal name, address and registration number of the company and contact information for customer service support. The customer service contact information can be an email address or telephone number. In case of international delivery, an accessible telephone number must be provided. |
| Refund / Cancellation Policy | Explanation of cancellation and refund policy for the end-user. |
| Delivery Policy and Export Restrictions | Explanation of shipment terms and export restrictions. |
| Description of Products and Services | Product prices, currencies, and membership packages must be clearly described. |
| Ownership Statement | “The website (www.siteaddress) is owned and operated by Plat360form (England & Wales Commpany, Boulevard, Nottingham, England, NG7 6LB UK).” The company location should also be displayed on the checkout page or prior pages. |
| Email Receipt | Provide an example of the email receipt sent upon transaction. It should also be included with delivered goods where applicable. |
| Recurring Billing | Subscription must not exceed one year OR must recur at fixed intervals not exceeding one year. If recurring billing applies: 1. Cardholder must explicitly consent at enrollment. 2. Terms must include amount and billing date. 3. Notification must be sent 7 days before rebilling. 4. Receipt must state “recurring transaction” and frequency. 5. Clear cancellation mechanism must be provided. 6. Confirmation of subscription details must be sent electronically. Changes must be communicated at least 2 working days in advance. |
